With more than two decades of experience and an intuitive eye for design, Monika Herrmann helps clients transform their homes through thoughtful planning, creative problem-solving and carefully curated details.

Monika specializes in comprehensive residential remodels, full-home renovations, integrated multi-room layouts and custom architectural features. Her work brings together structural planning and elevated design to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but also comfortable, functional and tailored to the way each client lives.

At the heart of Monika’s approach is collaboration. She takes the time to listen, understand her clients’ needs and learn what they want their home to feel like. From the initial concept and space planning to material selections and finishing touches, she provides hands-on guidance throughout every stage of the process.

Known for her attention to detail and ability to see the full potential of a space, Monika thoughtfully coordinates each element of a project to create a cohesive result.

When she is not collaborating with clients and contractors, Monika enjoys staying active on the pickleball court and traveling in search of architectural inspiration. From the historic streets of Paris and Lisbon to the landscapes of Maui and Alaska, the places she visits continue to shape her appreciation for thoughtful design, natural beauty and a strong sense of place.

Above all, Monika cherishes time with family and friends. Whether she is at home in Arizona with her husband, Chris, and their dogs, Myles and Reggie, exploring the outdoors in Alaska or relaxing on a sunny beach, she values the moments of connection and renewal that make a space—and a life—feel like home.
