Design Planning

For homeowners who want a professional design direction without full-service project management, Design Planning provides a clear roadmap for moving your project forward independently.

This service is ideal if you already have a contractor, plan to source materials yourself, or want a thoughtful design plan before beginning a renovation or refresh. Each plan is tailored to the scope of your project, whether you're preparing a home for sale with updated paint and flooring or reimagining a kitchen, bathroom, or larger living space.

At the end of the process, you'll have a customized design plan you can use to move forward with your own contractor, vendors, sourcing, and installation. For clients who later decide they want additional support, full-service project management may be available based on scope and scheduling.

Depending on your project, design planning may include:

  • Space planning and layout

  • Cabinetry specifications

  • Flooring and paint recommendations

  • Plumbing & electrical plans

  • Finish and material direction

  • Renderings or design visuals

Looking for More Than a Design Plan?

A comprehensive design package gives you everything needed to move forward independently. But for many homeowners, coordinating contractors, ordering materials, managing timelines, and answering questions throughout construction can quickly become overwhelming.

That's why many of our clients choose to continue working with us through project management—ensuring the vision you've invested in is carried through every step of the renovation.
